What are virtual face-to-face services?

Want to chat with a member of The Nucleus: Student Hub team? Have questions about Term 2 Enrolment and Fees?

Chat to a member of staff using our virtual face-to-face service online, with Microsoft Teams.

Student Hub staff will be available to talk between 10am - 5pm weekdays and can utilise screenshare to guide you through the enrolment process.

How to access

Using our virtual face-to-face service is simple! Just follow the steps below: 

  1. Download Microsoft Teams, install and log in.
  2. Click here to join our virtual queue. 
  3. Check your phone for further instructions. We'll send you an SMS when you have reached the front of the queue. If you do not have a phone, please ensure you're ready and waiting on teams and an agent will call you shortly.

Call recording
Your call may be recorded for coaching, training and compliance purposes. If you do not want your call to be recorded please let us know once you're in the chat.
